Placing an ad in Our Havanese

1. Open to all Havanese owners (Please see post "Advertising Requirements"

2. Ad copy and photo must be mailed to Our Havanese offices.
NOTE: Do not write on back of photo. Afix post-it note or label with return address and photo information. We cannot accept poor quality photos. If mailing a digital photo, include copy of original on a CD with hard copy. For return, include SASE.

Advertising Requirements

Although Our Havanese accepts both color and black and white advertising, only three (3) full page color ads are presently available. They are:

• Back Cover
• Inside Front Cover
• Inside Back Cover

Breeding related ads, to be accepted, must have Open Havanese health disclosures. copies of current health stats must be submitted by mail with ad copy and photo for ad. CHIC stats must be discolsed. Advertisements for puppies are considered breeding ads. health discolsures of both parents are necessary.

Non-breeding ads are exempt from health stats if advertiser so desires.

All ads must list full name of dog, full name of sire and dam, if applicable.

Our Havanese reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel any ad not complying with Truth in Advertisement.

NOTE: It is not necessary for dogs to have passed all health stats; it is necessary to disclose stats.

Current Havanese health stats are: CERF (eyes), OFA (hips), Patellas (knees), and BAER (ears). Our Havanese also wants Elbow stats declared, when performed.
